This next chapter has been fun drawing, I'm happy to finally be getting into it. I've mentioned it before but I haven't had much opportunity for character dialogue in the series so far, and I find that stuff to be the most fun to write. It's also about time Connor had someone to riff off of, that's the real meat of what I want this series to be. Everything so far has pretty much just been set up for this chapter and the entire plot to happen. (And in hindsight, I maybe should've trimmed the fat a little and shortened it.)
Ah well, we're in it now. If people look back on the series and give it the old "overall it's really good, but the first book is kinda slow," then so be it. Thanks for reading, I appreciate you guys. (Also happy late Thanksgiving.)
